Class Formats

IGNITE Fitness offers a variety of group classes perfect for starting from square one! Or maybe you're wanting to add something new to an existing routine, or perhaps shake things up in your fitness journey!

 

These classes range from stretch, yoga, strength training, cardio and HIIT training, kickboxing, functional training, and so much more!

WARRIOR Rhythm™ is the bridge between classic group exercise and traditional yoga. With its rebel vibe, edgy playlists, and unconventionally sweaty flows, this format will rock your world! We intertwine mindfulness, yoga, weightlifting, and even HIIT training into an extraordinary experience.  We are where the woo-woo meets WAAHOOOOO!

WARRIOR Strength™ is Cardio + Lifting.  It is functional fitness for every level and everyone who wants to sweat and feel their muscles burn! WARRIOR Strength™  has two 30-minute sections that focus on HIIT and weight training. This format delivers playlists that rock, and engaging formulas for a total endorphin rush!

WARRIOR Combat™ is boxing inspired, powerful and fierce. it is for everybody and every BODY. WARRIOR Combat™ includes high intensity intervals, stress-melting strength training, and music driven combinations. It has two 30-minute sections. These sections are distinguished by timed intervals and moves synchronized to music. This empowering conditioning class makes you feel like a confident badass!
