Refund Policy

Class Packs

Class packs (including punch cards or multi-class bundles) are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required by California law.

  • Class packs must be used within the stated expiration period.

  • Unused or expired classes are forfeited and will not be refunded or credited.

Drop-In Classes

Drop-in class purchases are final sale and non-refundable, except where required by California law.

  • Missed classes, late arrivals, or voluntary non-attendance do not qualify for refunds or credits.

  • Drop-in fees are forfeited if cancellation deadlines are not met.

Cancellations & No-Shows

Clients must cancel a reserved class at least 2 hours before the scheduled start time to retain the class credit.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the class without refund or credit.

Studio Cancellations

If IGNITE Fitness cancels a class or closes unexpectedly, members may receive a credit or refund at the studio’s discretion, or as required by California law.

How to Submit a Cancellation or Refund Request

Written refund requests must include the member’s name and account information and be submitted to:

Any refund required by law will be processed within the timeframe mandated by California law.

Acknowledgment

By purchasing a membership, class pack, or drop-in class redeemable at IGNITE Fitness, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to this Refund & Cancellation Policy.
